Found 1 near the site, and 4 in Starbrook Groves - East Central section. (SE of the big lake)

Windreach woods and northern windreach woods, most corpses/skeletons in suits will drop the documents.

these papers fall out of bodies all over the map, look for them in the suits of the cosmonauts, or covered with sheets
