Find a lamp in the abandoneded buildings, then head north to the abandoned settlement and find mine cart parts.

Tips & Audio Notes

Those clue fragments in the mine are pieces of the grand puzzle. Don't let the lizard overlords distract you! Keep digging! Get that mine cart in working order and get down that shaft! Grab a lamp nearby and go north to the Abandoned Settlement and find those parts for the cart.
