Head north of the outpost near the anomaly for Shroomageddon. Gather a Septic Seed from scolopendras. Finally, return to the Adventurer's Outpost and use the grinder to finish the drink.

Goals

  • Collect Septic Seed from the scolopendra
  • Collect Shroomageddon mushroom
  • Use a device to obtain Mindplague Essence
  • Give the poison to Gareth
